Customer Relationship Manager

Over the last few months, Cotswold Group have restructured the Marketing Department and recruited Donna Bond as the Group Customer Relationship Manager to develop and implement our customer's experience within each dealership. our main focus is to enhance and exceed customers expectations within the Cotswold Group. Donna has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience with Customer Service over her career as well as having spent the last 5yrs as a Corporate Trainer/Coach. Cotswold Group are pleased to welcome Donna as part of the team.
